Projekt fot. "Lonka": 275 fotografów z 30 krajów tworzyło portrety ostatnich Ocalonych z Zagłady, wielu z nich to Żydzi urodzeni w Polsce. Oprowadzenie kuratorskie po projekcie "Lonka" wychodzi poza ramy zdjęcia: przybliża sylwetki wybranych Ocalonych z Zagłady ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem tła historycznego wydarzeń, ukazuje ludzkie losy także po II Wojnie Światowej. Całość uzupełniona zostaje analizą zdjęć kompozycyjną, semiotyczną oraz treści. Oprowadza wirtualnie nasz doświadczony fotograf dokumentalista, kurator wystawy wirtualnej "Lonka" w jęz. polskim: Grzegorz Lityński / Minnesota Polish Medical Society.
The Lonka Project: 275 photographers from 30 countries created portraits of the last Holocaust Survivors, many of them Jews born in Poland. The curator's Guided Tour of The Lonka Project goes beyond the confines of the photograph: it presents the profiles of selected Holocaust Survivors with a special focus on the historical background of the events, showing the human fate even after the Second World War. The whole is complemented by a compositional, semiotic and content analysis of the photographs. Our experienced documentary photographer, curator of the virtual exhibition Lonka in Polish - Grzegorz Lityński / Minnesota Polish Medical Society - will take you on a virtual Guided Tour.
